Please leave prams and shopping trolleys in the Pram Park inside the Surgery premises, which is just outside the main entrance door.

The nearest Casualty department (A&E) is at King George Hospital (Tel 020 8970 8000), which is for use only in the case of an Accident or Emergency.

Surgery Car Park by the Surgery Entrance Gate is for staff use only. Parking meters are available on all nearby roads.

Extended Access & Out of Hours

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

wWe offer appointments on late evenings Monday- Friday 6.30pm – 9.30pm and 09.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. These appointments will ensure we deliver services, tailored to our patient’s needs; providing convenient access to GP services. We hope that the proposed changes allow us to further our work, on local health priority areas that require more support.

Time of appointments:

6.30pm-09.30pm (Mon-Fri) and

9.00am-5.00pm (Saturdays)

 Location of appointments: Gants Hill Medical Centre

Patients can expect a service that will be run by a team of clinicians, a mix of face to face and remote, pre bookable consultations available up to 2 weeks in advance; ensuring the service is accessible to all. We want patients to have more choice, flexibility in accessing an appointment. The increase will extend capacity for routine appointments for those who need multiple support.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours

If you need a doctor in an emergency when surgery is closed, please call 111 or ring  gp out of hours on 0845 075 0497.

For Minor ailments & less urgent health care needs, contact your local CHEMIST in the usual way.

For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.

Please do not go to A&E (casualty dept.) unless it is required.
