Welcome to St. Clement’s Surgery Practice

We are a small, friendly GP Surgery based in Ilford, with a strong & caring health care team of 4 Doctors (including 2 sessional GPs), 1 Practice Manager, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Health Care Assistant and an experienced Administrative support team of Receptionists; all of whom are committed to delivering a high quality service, to all our patients.
